8 oz beef (thinly sliced)
1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
8-10 rice paper wrappers
1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles (optional)
1 cup carrots and cucumbers (matchsticks)
Sweet chili sauce for dipping
1.Marinate beef in sauces, garlic, and sugar for 20 mins.
2.Sear beef in a hot skillet until browned.
3.Soak rice paper in warm water until pliable.
4.Layer beef, basil, and veggies on the wrapper.
5.Roll tightly, folding in the sides.
6.Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Use flank steak for the most tender results.
