Golden-brown pizza pockets stuffed with crispy breaded chicken, gooey mozzarella cheese, and tangy caesar dressing.

Ingredients

1 lb refrigerated pizza dough

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup caesar dressing

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Bread chicken with panko and parmesan, then bake for 12 minutes.

3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8 rectangles.

4. Fill each dough rectangle with chicken, mozzarella, and caesar dressing.

5. Fold and crimp edges with a fork to seal.

6. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use turkey pepperoni as an alternative if desired.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Reheat in an air fryer for maximum crispiness.
