1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup caesar dressing
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Bread chicken with panko and parmesan, then bake for 12 minutes.
3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8 rectangles.
4. Fill each dough rectangle with chicken, mozzarella, and caesar dressing.
