Soft, chewy, and irresistibly gooey S’mores Cookies packed with melted chocolate, golden marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs. A cozy homemade dessert that brings campfire flavor straight to your kitchen!

Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
– ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
– ½ cup granulated sugar
– ½ cup packed brown sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– Extra graham cracker pieces for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
3. In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and optional graham cracker pieces.
7. Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Press extra chocolate or marshmallows on top if desired.
8. Bake 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden but centers still soft.
9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to finish cooling.

Notes

For bakery-style S’mores Cookies, press a few marshmallows and chocolate chunks on top after baking. Add a sprinkle of flaky salt for the perfect flavor balance.
