1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup strawberry jam or diced fresh strawberries
1. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar; freeze small scoops for 30 minutes.
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
