Zesty, crispy shrimp tacos made in the air fryer, topped with a creamy Sriracha-lime sauce and fresh slaw.
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
8-12 small tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage
1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with oil and spices.
2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
3. Air fry shrimp 6–8 minutes until crispy.
4. Whisk yogurt, Sriracha, and lime for sauce.
5. Toss part of sauce with cabbage.
6. Assemble tacos with shrimp, slaw, and drizzle.
Toss in 1 tbsp cornstarch for extra crunch.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
