2 lbs pizza dough (divided)

2 cups marinara sauce

3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (for topping)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for wash)

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a deep pan.

2. Roll out bottom dough and press into pan.

3. Spread sauce, half the mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, and veggies.

4. Add dollops of ricotta, garlic powder, and oregano.

5. Top with second dough layer and seal edges.

6. Brush with egg wash, add more sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on top.

7. Sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning over the final layer.

8. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden.

9. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
